Joe “Cookie” Nash
I graduated from Frostburg State College in 1964 with a B.S degree in Physical Education and in 1970 I received a Master's degree in Education also from Frostburg.
I taught Physical Education and coached in the Prince George's County School System for 30 years and retired in 1994.
Over the years I have traveled the country playing competitive fastpitch softball and participating in many national tournaments. In 1994 I was inducted into the Greater Washington Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame. I retired from softball about 8 years ago and now have become an avid golfer.
I now live in a golf course community in southern Charles Co., Md. (Swan Point) with my wife Bonnie (Suitland and Frostburg grad). We have been married for 42 years and have 2 sons, Mike (37) and Steve (34). Both are not married!
